At Queen of Sparkles, we want you to shine in every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all seasonal collections and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sparkling items you wish to send back.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and liners are intact.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label within 5 business days of generating your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a $10 restocking fee.
